Returns & Exchanges

At L'ange Hair, we want you to love your locks and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on most styling tools and hair care products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
